When I interviewed Upright Forms last month, the trio of Nick Sakes (guitar, vocals) Noah Paster (bass, vocals) and Shaun Westphal (drums) gave lots of insight about their energetic, eclectic guitar based sounds. Hailing from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Upright Forms’ debut album Blurred Wires is on SKiN GRAFT Records, a label that frontman Sakes has released five previous albums with.
